Tuesdays Evenings - Everyone Welcome Join wellness expert Ella for an online bedtime mindfulness class, this class promises to be both relaxing and enlightening.  These classes are a mixture of active learning or follow along tutorials ending with a delicious bedtime guided relaxation. You will learn how to be more mindful so that you can gain more control over your mind and how to reduce the impact of stress on your life. Sometimes the classes take a more holistic feel with follow along facials and advice about the skin, hand and arm massage tutorials, essential oil advice, among many other tricks of the "wellness" trade. The class lasts 30 minutes and is a perfect prelude to bed. So hop into your jammys, get comfy and let Ella take you on a trans-formative journey to a good nights kip. This class is suitable for anyone. Ella records the class on a Tuesday evening and makes it live for you to use till midnight that evening, so that you can take part whenever your bedtime is. On the last Tuesday of every month we come together for a live class where you have the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback and feel a part of a lovely mindful community. ​ To book click the link below, and you will receive a video link from Ella before 9pm on Tuesday evening.  The live classes will be at 8:00pm, or a recording will be also available of the live class but this won't be available until the following day.
