A standard class is split into two sections. The first with an emphasis on coaching, teaching your employees core mindfulness techniques to implement into their lives, reducing the impact of stress and anxiety. The second half dedicated to relaxation in the form of guided meditations, breathwork, self-guided massage & facials, stretching to combat desk related discomfort and much more.
